　　国家卫生计生委、国家发展改革委、民政部、财政部、人力资源社会保障部、国务院扶贫办近日发出《关于进一步推进艾滋病防治工作的通知》，要求改进医疗服务，进一步维护艾滋病患者就医权益。

　　通知提出，要指定具备条件的医院承担艾滋病患者的综合医疗服务工作，并及时向社会公布。要强化医疗机构首诊(问)负责制，对诊疗服务中发现的艾滋病患者，不得以任何理由推诿或者拒绝诊治。在不具备相关诊疗条件时，首诊医疗机构要及时转诊至定点医院；不适宜转诊的，由卫生计生行政部门组织定点医院医务人员到首诊医疗机构开展诊断、治疗及相关医疗服务工作。

　　通知要求建立医疗机构、疾病预防控制机构、妇幼保健机构协调工作机制，优化艾滋病检测、咨询、诊断、治疗、预防母婴传播等工作流程，缩短从检测到治疗时间，保证感染者和病人及时接受抗病毒治疗和预防母婴传播干预措施，探索中西医结合的综合治疗方案，进一步降低病死率。有条件的地区，要组织医疗卫生机构联合为艾滋病患者共同提供检测、咨询、诊断和治疗的“一站式”服务。

　　同时，为防止医生等相关人员职业暴露感染艾滋病，六部门要求落实防护措施，科学制订应急预案，调整设置职业暴露预防药品储备库，全面开展职业防护知识教育和技能培训，为相关人员配备必要的防护用品。

　　通知提出，职业病诊断与鉴定机构要切实提高职业暴露感染艾滋病的诊断能力和水平。诊断明确并认定为工伤的，人力资源社会保障部门和用人单位要按照工伤保险政策，落实有关待遇。职业暴露感染艾滋病人员所在单位要妥善解决其工作、生活中的实际困难。(完)
