　　南方日报讯 (记者/崔财鑫 特约通讯员/刘卫)在媒体报道徐闻县畜牧局和娱乐城“共处一楼”事件后，徐闻县委县政府十分重视，于本月12日专门召开会议，决定由县委县政府主要领导牵头组成事件处理小组，积极响应媒体监督。

　　徐闻县委书记钟力强调：“新官也要理旧账，历史债务问题一定要正确看待，对畜牧局综合大楼在出租过程中出现的问题一定要严肃处理，对于其中的债务关系一定要妥善、迅速地化解”。县委副书记、县长梁权财在会议上首先表示了对媒体监督报道的感谢，并表示县委县政府正在积极响应，马不停蹄地启动整改方案。

　　会议提出：第一，县畜牧局在5个工作日内搬离现址，由县政府安排新办公地点；第二，由纪委牵头，对畜牧局综合大楼转租事件进行调查，尤其针对其中大楼建设、债务形成、多次转租、娱乐场所审批过程进行细致调查，15天内拿出调查结果。如经查实有违法违纪问题从速从严处理，绝不姑息。如有失职渎职情况将依法依规处理追究相关责任人的问题；第三，严格执行国家明令禁止党政机关办公用楼商业经营和出租的规定，为了尽快解决畜牧局综合办公楼的债务问题，迅速启动畜牧局办公大楼现址的相关拍卖程序，以此来偿还历史债务；第四，县有关部门要积极做好多次转租过程中的复杂关系的协调，确保债务的顺利解决，推动事件的尽快解决，维护社会的和谐稳定；第五，县委、县政府将及时通过媒体通报事件的处理结果，包括在徐闻县政务微博做及时的发布，认真接受群众和新闻媒体的监督。
