　　据清城区纪委有关负责人表示，9日该区纪委接到市民李琳(化名)举报后，随即介入调查，并于13日正式成立专案调查组，对此事立案调查。

　　实名举报清城区环保局长陈柏和的女子李琳为清远本地人。据悉，她的证据是一份长达8分钟的录音。

　　据李琳称，自己因工作经常和“清城区环保局长陈柏和”保持电话联系，但“后来他可能也烦我了，就再也没有接我的电话”。12月7日晚11时16分，她用另外的手机打通陈柏和电话，电话接通后陈柏和没有同她讲话，但却不知何故没有挂断手机。随后，李琳从电话中，听到了陈柏和与人谈论如何利用手中职权来敲诈勒索辖区企业的“秘闻”。
