　　记者从芝罘公安分局经侦大队获悉，自2007年12月至2012年5月期间，广东邦家租赁公司烟台分公司非法吸收公众存款1．2亿余元，500余人受骗。目前，该公司烟台分公司负责人郭某某等6人已因涉嫌非法吸收公众存款罪被依法逮捕。

　　2011年秋天，烟台62岁的老李和老伴参加了小区广场的老年人免费体检，与广场健康咨询点的工作人员渐渐熟络起来，并参加了广东邦家租赁公司举行的健康讲座。一次讲座后，邦家公司营销人员向他推销了公司的投资计划：总公司即将上市，急需融资，只要加盟公司的“健康超市”“租赁顾问”等项目，每年返利在20％以上，投资数目越多，回报率越高。

　　看到身边的朋友纷纷拿出多年存款做了投资，老李也心热起来，他与公司签订合同后，拿出半生积攒的20万元做了投资，每月都能收到公司返还的3000余元。老李本以为可以靠公司返利安度余生，没想到2012年5月，公司停发了返利，连本金也打了水漂。

　　据办案民警介绍，邦家租赁公司的经营模式是在广场、小区等人员密集场所设立健康咨询点，通过为中老年人提供免费体检、赠送小礼物等引诱人上钩。通过组织健康讲座，安排中老年办理公司会员卡，再组织会员到外地参观考察，推销昂贵的健康产品，以摸清会员的家底，再一对一跟踪洗脑。以加盟“健康超市”“租赁顾问”“区域合作”“养老山庄形象宣传顾问”和“邦家消费卡”等各种名义，诱骗会员投资消费，许诺给予每年18％－30％不等的返利，且投资数量越多、时间越长，给予的回报就越高。
