  记者了解到,这次考试共208人报名,201人参加考试,考试成绩中最高分为71.6分,最低分就是参加安康市疾控中心面试的这位考生所得到的6.4分,而201位考生平均分数57.65分。


  安康市人社局相关负责人13日表示:这样的安排符合相关规定。


  质疑一:6 .4分进面试是否有猫腻?


  该负责人称,该考生毕业于陕西中医学院医学检验专业,本科学历、学士学位,父母都是农民。所报考的安康市疾控中心卫生检验岗位拟招聘2人,实际上仅有3人通过了资格审查并参加笔试。由于报名人数达不到最低的6人标准,安康市疾控中心卫生检验岗位招聘人数已缩减为1人。按照规定,应聘同一岗位的要形成竞争,应聘人数之比不得低于1:3,并没有限定最低分数线,所以3人笔试后同时进入面试。因此,6.4分就进入面试的情况从程序上讲是符合相关规定的。

  该负责人称,安康属于经济发展较为落后地区,很难吸引到医学专业人才。同时,疾控中心检验人员的专业要求较高,符合报考条件的人数就更少。此次考试报名从学历、专业年龄等硬性指标上看,最后就只有这三人有资格参加笔试。网上所说的“萝卜招聘”情况并不存在。


  质疑三:为何不设置最低分数线?


  该负责人称,在考试之前很难判断最低分数线怎么定。如果在考试之后再设定最低分数线,假如有考生因此被“踢”出面试,就会引发质疑。实际上,从全国来看,安徽、四川、海南等地也都有类似的事情发生,要解决这个问题,还需要上级部门改革考试制度。


  质疑四:该考生入围是否凑人数?


  该负责人称,这些质疑缺乏证据,一切要等到面试结束之后,由招考领导小组来统一意见。
