奉劝日本丢掉“军国梦”_新闻资讯
今天是南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念日。76年前，日本军国主义者在南京制造了惨绝人寰的大屠杀，给中国、亚洲乃至世界人民带来了难以抹去的伤痛。时至今日，那些刽子手们却仍被供奉在东京的靖国神社，安倍及其内阁依旧带着崇敬之情，通过各种方式参拜祭奠。
对这样一个曾经穷兵黩武、犯下滔天罪行的国家，国际社会强令其不得保持军队，永远放弃宣战权，并将相关条款写入日本和平宪法。但近年来日本却急剧“右转”，急欲突破这个“紧箍咒”，刮起一股“否认历史”的歪风，叫嚣“侵略定义未定论”，不仅不忏悔反思，反而加紧整军备战，企图挣脱战败国体制。
一年来日本动作频频：在军费预算上，十多年来首次实现大幅提高，达到空前规模的24.5万亿日元；在军事部署上，强化西南诸岛第一岛链军事存在，宣布在硫磺岛等地设立电子监听站，在那霸建立空中监视部队；在军事演习上，出动陆海空精锐力量，举行大规模联合夺岛军演；在装备建设上，逐步突破“武器出口三原则”，计划购买美国“全球鹰”无人机，不断研发新式武器装备。用甲午海战清政府赔款制造的“出云号”战舰，在侵华战争进攻上海时担负旗舰，沾满了中国人民的鲜血，而今新一代“出云号”准航母被日本重新打造下水……这一桩桩一件件，哪一点是反思历史、吸取教训的表现？哪一点不是复活军国主义的走向？
二战前日本就曾颁布《军机保护法》，为发动侵略战争扫除异己。如今，安倍内阁不顾在野党和民众的强烈反对，强行通过《特定秘密保护法》，并设立了“四大臣”主导的“国家安全保障会议”，有了这些，日本在对外军事扩张上可以更加肆无忌惮。国际社会对日本的动作高度警惕，评论日本此举是巨大的倒退。反对该法案的日本参议员直言：“日本现在走的道路，是重造法西斯国家。”
分析日本的所作所为，不难发现，某种类似二战前的军国主义幽灵正在日本国内游荡。一方面不遗余力推行“军国化”战略，另一方面还颠倒黑白地指责“中国已是军国主义国家”——前不久，日本驻华公使竟然宣称：中方如果指责日本保密法案导致军国主义，那么中国已是军国主义国家。
日本有一些政客，什么厥词都敢放，什么谎话都敢说，什么事情都敢干。今年9月25日，安倍在美国国会演讲时表示，“如果想把我叫做右翼军国主义者，那就请便吧”，一副“我行我素”模样。日本防卫省甚至扬言将击落进入钓鱼岛领空的中国无人机，其战争狂热可见一斑。
历史是一面明镜，承载过去，昭示未来。如果日本继续顽固不化，谋求所谓“正常国家”，任由“军国梦”膨胀，这不仅是中国和亚洲人民的灾难，也是世界各国人民的灾难。包括中国在内的国际社会决不允许军国主义死灰复燃。
前事不忘，后事之师。在纪念南京大屠杀遇难同胞76周年之际，我们奉劝日本右翼势力早日丢掉“军国梦”幻想。唯有牢记历史、珍爱和平，才能避免被再次钉在历史的耻辱柱上！
