另三人死于不同疾病

对于另3名员工的死亡，和硕称，他们死于今年下半年，工作的部门、居住的宿舍都不同，分别死于脑炎、肺炎和心脏类疾病。目前和硕正努力和4名员工的家属洽谈后续事宜。

此次事件再次引起了外界对苹果代工厂用工环境、工作强度的关注和质疑。对此，苹果方面表示，《Apple供应商行为准则》将每周工作时间限定在60小时以内(特殊情况除外)，而且所有加班必须是自愿的。和硕则表示，这4名员工在法定一天8小时的工作时间外，都有加班，有的在周末，有的在晚上，工厂曾查询他们的月工作时数，都在和苹果约定的规范时间之内。

另一家苹果代工厂富士康的用工环境也一直饱受质疑。前晚，受苹果委托对富士康用工环境进行调查的美国公平劳动协会(FLA)发布报告称，尽管富士康已经解决了FLA提出的360个问题中的99%，如改善安全条件、增加工会会员人数等，但在工人工时方面还是超出了中国劳动法的规定，主要原因是劳动力资源短缺。
