　　张献礼，男，汉族，1970年9月出生，中共党员，大学文化，武冈市龙溪镇人。1989年7月参加工作，曾任武冈市交通局副局长、局长等职务，2007年12月至2011年7月任武冈市人民政府副市长，2011年7月起任武冈市委常委、统战部长、副市长。
