　　新华网上海12月10日电 (记者陆文军)上海市机动车额度管理办公室10日表示，上海将调整当前车牌拍卖规则，明年起试行一次性公布机动车额度年度投放总量和“警示价”措施，同时，实施个人、单位机动车额度分场投标拍卖。

　　据了解，上海确定了2014年机动车额度投放总量保持在10万张左右(含个人和单位，其中，单位机动车额度投放量占年度投放总量10%以内)，每月额度投放量保持基本均等，其中，春节、五一、十一假期前的投放量9000辆／月，其余月份的投放量8000辆／月，以引导竞买人按需自由选择拍卖时间。

　　此外，还将设定年度统一“警示价”。为遏制车牌投标拍卖价格过快过高非理性上涨，坚决打击投机炒作，上海决定2014年选择2013年最低“警示价”72600元作为年度“警示价”。竞买人首次出价阶段出价高于“警示价”，系统将不予接受。第二阶段价格修改仍按现行方法操作。
