　　据了解，直播网目前设“庭审直播”“直播预告”和“直播回顾”等栏目，中国各高、中级和基层人民法院均可通过该平台在网上直播案件庭审，公众也可通过“直播回顾”栏目查看以往的庭审实况。网站提供的视频查询功能还可以使公众很方便地查询自己关注案件的庭审视频。

　　中国法院网有关负责人表示，庭审直播能够让民众更好地实现对法院审理案件过程的知情权、参与权和监督权，同时更有力地规范法官在庭审中的一言一行，从而达到通过司法公开促进司法公正的目的。
