本报北京12月10日电(记者魏薇)针对出租车宰客现象(相关报道见本报昨日9版)，北京市10日开始开展北京西站等“四站两场”的黑出租车整治行动。通过执法人员现场执法，对涉嫌违规的出租车进行扣留检查、后续复核罚款处理。
21时30分，记者跟随北京交通执法总队的执法队伍到达北京西站北广场。在现场，记者看到5辆出租车违规停在公交专用道上揽活儿，其中一辆有乘客上车驶出。随后，两辆执法车对其进行了堵截。
乘客许女士说，从西站到宣武门，司机要价80元。执法总队副队长梁建伟表示，出租车司机没有使用计价器，属于违规，目前已将车辆扣留检查。此外，执法人员将通过GPS对司机驾驶路线进行复核，根据应收费用和实收费用间的差价来判定处罚金额，如果确实违法，将在7日内做出处罚决定，最高将处以1800元的罚款。

下一步，北京市交通执法总队将继续加强对重点地区的监管，定期开展集中整治行动，严厉查处各类违法违章及“黑车”非法运营行为。
