　　刘光嘉夫妇认为闵行区政府对其宅基地及私人博物馆的强拆行为违法，对其造成了巨大的经济和精神损失，因此索要2.11亿元赔偿、并返还相关物品，原告方还提出了精神损害赔偿。

　　据了解，刘光嘉夫妇之前向上海市一中院提起诉讼，一中院立案受理裁定本案移交长宁区法院审理。
