　　新华网南宁12月11日电 (记者邹婷玉)天津海关原副关长肖亚农受贿、巨额财产来源不明一案近日由广西贵港市中级人民法院作出一审判决，法院认定肖亚农犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑15年，并处没收个人财产人民币100万元；犯巨额财产来源不明罪，判处有期徒刑2年。两罪并罚，决定执行有期徒刑16年，并处没收个人财产人民币100万元。

　　肖亚农，男，现年60岁，河北省定兴县人，案发前曾先后担任天津市东港海关关长、天津海关副关长。1995年至2010年间，肖亚农利用职务便利，通过以明显低于市场价格购买房产、为特定关系人以明显低于市场价格购买房产的形式，先后非法收受贿赂款共计462.6万元。肖亚农身为国家工作人员，不能说明来源的财产人民币120.4万元、美元2.8万元、港币15.6万元、日元33万元。

　　法院一审判决认为，被告人肖亚农利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人贿赂款，数额特别巨大，其行为构成了受贿罪；身为国家工作人员，其家庭财产及支出明显超过合法收入，差额巨大，不能说明财产来源，其行为构成巨额财产来源不明罪。
