Yahoo is increasingly dependent on Microsoft. According to Yahoo's recently submitted to SEC (United States Securities and Exchange Commission), according to a paper by last quarter, Yahoo's revenues come from 31% on Microsoft's Bing search.

Early in 2009, Yahoo search deal with Microsoft. Microsoft's Bing to help Yahoo Web search, while Yahoo is responsible for promoting Bing search brand.

According to foreign media reports, Yahoo CEO Marissa Meyer for this agreement are not satisfied. The terms of the agreement to withdraw from cooperation, are able to opt out of the agreement. But given the current situation, the relationship between Yahoo and Microsoft are becoming increasingly complex, Meyer may need to consider more.
