　　站在高处俯视这座院内，南北东侧均有房间。爆炸发生后，南侧一间房的门窗被冲击波推到院子的北侧，碎玻璃散落一地。直至昨晚6时许，院内依然躺着两具死者的遗体，分别用红色和蓝色塑料布掩盖着。

　　旬阳县委宣传部通报称，本次爆炸案共2人死亡，其中一名死者是嫌疑人刘德章，另一名死者是68岁的吴先贵。另有14名村民不同程度受伤。

　　村民门师傅说，当天晚上，村委会通知全组22户村民，前往村民张万金家召开村小组会议，主题是推选新的小组长，同时商议村小组一笔征地补偿款的分配问题。

　　门师傅说，村民小组刚刚就选举小组长投完票后，刘德章就带着一个像保温杯一样的自制爆炸物冲了进来，“他说，都别走，谁走，我就弄爆它。”

　　村民张万金回忆，刘德章说完话没多久手里的东西就爆炸了，屋里一片黑，空气里弥漫着烟雾，喊叫声、呼救声此起彼伏。

　　昨日下午，在旬邑县人民医院骨科病房，主治医生介绍，目前在骨科有3名患者，主要是爆炸后造成的冲击对面部皮肤造成的烫伤。

　　马栏镇党委书记文海荣说，刘德章今年56岁，原为榆林米脂县人，多年前来到旬邑马栏镇落户，1994年返回米脂生活。其间出现婚姻变故，与继任妻子长期分居，儿女也无法生活到一块，于是去年又回到村里，并承包了村里的土地种植杨树苗谋生。

　　昨日，当地警方通报称，刘德章返回黑牛窝村后，因家庭生活不如意，性格孤僻暴躁，与本村多数群众关系紧张，蓄谋报复，导致这一悲剧发生。但一些村民并不认可这种说法。

　　村民王吉红认为，真正的原因是由于前任组长贪污的问题。王吉红说，前任村小组长涉嫌贪污挪用村民征地款，刘德章得知后，十分不满，便搜集材料，对小组长进行举报。今年7月左右，该小组长被免职并交出了贪污挪用的公款，而在分配该款项时，刘德章认为自己第一个举报，东奔西走费了很大力气，应该多分一些，但其要求并未得到该村村民的认同。
