　　预计，今天早晨到上午，华北平原大部、江淮、江南东部、四川盆地等地有大雾，其中，河北中南部、天津、山东南部、河南东部、江苏大部、安徽、浙江北部等地有能见度不足500米的浓雾，部分地区有不足200米的强浓雾。

　　2. 华北华东等地有霾
