　　被抱怨最多的还是景区票价。有心细的游客发现，短短几年，百魔洞由开发之初的完全免费，到30元门票，现在调整到70元，甚至还有涨价的趋势。而月票也由80元调整到现在的300元，还分单双号。

　　当地人的生活成本也在上涨。在坡月村，柴鸡蛋卖到20元/斤，最普通的大米3元/斤，同品质的在北京仅要2元左右。外地人崇尚本地人的饮食习惯，村民自家种的青菜、玉米、黄豆、火麻等均受到热捧，价格也被抬得较高。

　　养生者来到巴马净土，冲着自然的环境与健康的饮食。在大量需求之下，在甲篆乡的集市上，有商贩开始售卖“鸡场专用药”，10元3包，称小鸡3个月能长7斤。

　　坡月村的街上还出现了肿瘤康复养生会所。负责人钟先生宣称，他能用中药治疗肝癌、胃癌、肠癌等癌症，10天一疗程，每疗程3000元。

　　瑶医、瑶药也被包装成特色产业，有养生馆打出海报，称127岁的罗美珍老人自己采瑶药，坚持每天泡脚，所以才如此长寿。

　　但在北青报记者求证此类宣传时，罗美珍之子黄有才一脸茫然：“根本没这么回事。”

　　神话

　　小分子团水

　　早上7点多，坡月村通往百魔洞两公里远的马路上，已有取水的老人拖着拉杆车缓步前行。为了打到“最干净”的泉水，他们出发的时间越来越早，因为“竞争者”越来越多。

　　在巴马的长寿宣传中，水是其中一宝。相关资料称，这里的水为“纯天然小分子团水”，弱碱性、渗透性强，能够乳化血脂，中和清除酸性废物。取水，成了养生“候鸟人”在巴马养生的重要组成部分。

　　“这水你得生喝，煮开了就破坏疗效了。”遇到新来的，资深“候鸟人”会背书般讲述小分子团水的神奇之处，强调对糖尿病、高血压的神奇疗效。

　　患者的“现身说法”往往带给周边人更多的积极暗示。湖南岳阳的王女士已是第二次来巴马，这次患高血压的小叔子及另外一名亲属也随同前来。“住在这儿就能控制血糖，一回去就不行了。”

　　“水能治病？”坡月村急救站80后医师张忠伟分析，养生者到巴马后，环境饮食都有改变，再加上适当运动，出现血糖下降，并不能单归结为水的作用。事实上，当地人中同样有糖尿病患者，有的甚至用胰岛素都降不下来。

　　小分子团水是否真有功效？果壳网日前发布的“9大商业伪概念”中，“功能水”位列其中，并指出“喝水能治病，小分子团水易吸收，能够清理血管，治疗各种心血管疾病”为谣言，没有证据表明小分子团水、高氧水、磁化水等这些所谓的功能水有特别的功能。

　　百魔洞地磁

　　另一被赋予神奇色彩的，是百魔洞里的地磁。洞内的一片山石，临近天坑位置，号称地磁最强。

　　11月5日上午，一名脸色苍白、有偏瘫症状的中年女士，由亲属推轮椅进到溶洞后，在阴湿的石板上铺一床褥子，躺下直到家人来送午饭还不愿起身。

　　宣传资料介绍，地磁是巴马长寿的重要因素之一。据称，巴马的地磁比其他地区高出一倍以上，能显著改善人体的血液循环，激活体内各种酶的活性，促进新陈代谢，提高免疫力。

　　中国地质大学姚长利教授接受央视采访时表示，我国的地磁是从南到北依次增强。巴马大概值是42000纳特左右，仅比周边平均值高20左右。北京地磁为50000纳特，比巴马还高。

　　广西大学计算机与信息工程学院、广西医科大学公共卫生学院曾共同做过《地球磁场与巴马长寿关系的研究》。结论是：地球磁场与巴马长寿可能有一定的关系，但长寿率与地磁场二者并非总是正比关系。巴马长寿可能还是多种因素作用的结果，尤其是遗传因素。

　　磁生物学专家、深圳大学生命科学院张小云教授的看法与上述结论有相似之处。她认为，磁场与寿命有一定关系，但具体关系如何，目前国内还未有实验证实。

　　坡月村一名九旬老人称，平日只是从百魔洞旁经过，还真没进去吸氧或接受磁疗。

　　商业宣传似乎并不在意这些。百魔洞里专门立着“磁疗区”的标识牌，洞口的简介用语值得玩味：“‘游百魔，祛百病’也许是人们对百魔天坑过于神奇的赞誉，但那么多候鸟人的康复，为百魔洞天坑的神奇留下一个永远的谜。”

　　国际认证

　　在巴马官方和民间的宣传中，“世界长寿之乡”无疑是块金字招牌。认证单位为总部在日本东京的国际自然医学会，会长为森下敬一。

　　资料显示，1991年在日本东京召开的国际自然医学会第十三次年会上，森下敬一宣布：巴马为世界第五个被发现的长寿之乡。

　　国际自然医学会属于何种性质的组织？获得“世界长寿之乡”的认证能否代表“国际公认”？

　　11月20日，北青报记者得到日本厚生省的答复是：森下敬一是合法的私人医疗机构的经营者。至于国际自然医学会，应该以公司来界定更为合适。

　　厚生省解释说，因为他们是有经营目的的，并涵盖各类业务，比如商品展示和收费会员制的结构设计，与其他公司不同的是他们涉及医疗健康产业。关于这个公司名称中所用的“国际”二字，厚生省表示，这是因为该公司的经营范围是国际性的，在日本有业务，在其他的国家也有业务。

　　至于国际自然医学会在长寿学方面的权威性，厚生省表示，无论做出什么样的结论应由该公司承担。“森下先生是日本医生，所做的一些研究一定程度上代表日本的医疗研究水平，但这个公司所做的鉴定并不能代表日本医学界在该领域的最高水平。”这位负责人表示。

　　事实上，森下敬一本人并不避谈国际自然医学会的性质。在接受北青报记者采访时，他解释其为“崇尚自然、联系各个学科、有自己学术领域的社会团体”。

　　至于该组织为何在中国的认证足迹如此活跃，森下解释称，中国是他长寿学研究的重点区域，且拥有研究长寿养生的文化氛围。

　　关于申报“世界长寿之乡”的费用，国际自然医学会中国支部负责人王智墨称，学会对“长寿之乡”的认证本身并不收费，但考察都需在对当地的长寿元素如水、食品等进行取样，然后由森下带到日本总部检测，这部分检测费用及考察团食宿需要申报方担负。

　　痛心与担忧

　　对于巴马的现状，国际自然医学会会长森下敬一说自己很痛心。86岁的他曾9次到巴马考察，并积极将其认定为“世界长寿之乡”。

　　2008年是他最后一次到巴马，当时正在修建的高速公路已伸向村庄。他多次向政府建议，巴马属封闭的长寿区域，不要过度开发，否则会破坏自然“气场”。

　　“我期待长寿老人继续用原始的方式织布，而不是有很多游览车出现在景区。”森下认为，他的建议没见到效果。他说，近年来他接到过当地政府的数次邀请都婉拒了，他同时担心巴马的长寿现象难以维持很久。

　　年过五旬的黄大尚，则对本村正承载的环境压力忧心忡忡，“坡月村是最核心、外地人最集中的地方，周边垃圾中转站、污水处理厂、自来水厂如不尽快建立起来，整个巴马的旅游就不存在了。”

　　根据政府规划，在坡月村与长寿村交界处将建立一座污水处理厂、一座垃圾中转站。但黄大尚注意到，工程开工没多久就停了。要求这两处基础设施能尽快完工，也是村民们的共识，因为“村里的生态等不及了”。

　　据官方数据显示，2012年，来巴马的候鸟人以及普通游客突破200万人次。2013年1至5月份，全县接待国内外游客110.96万人次，同比增长32.7%。

　　升级的蓝图

　　“其实巴马还没有真正意义上的开发，景区都是比较原生态的。”巴马瑶族自治县宣传部外宣办主任李轶认为，目前不用担心过度开发的问题。政府也在考虑并制定纲要，确保生态保护与修复。

　　今年7月份，广西壮族自治区确定将巴马打造为“长寿养生的国际旅游区”。展区沙盘及宣传展板显示，若干年内长寿村将大变样：此处将建立一个面积5.8平方公里的“国际长寿养生都会”，投资50亿元，目前已被列入“广西壮族自治区重点旅游项目”。

　　在这个拥有最多百岁寿星的壮族小山屯，将兴建五星级长寿养生文化酒店、民俗商业街、民俗裸浴场、民居客栈主题酒店、高级养生公寓、湿地花园等一系列休闲项目。目前部分征地已用围挡圈起来，与周边的农田相分隔。

　　至于村民提到的水污染等问题，李轶表示，巴马是近几年才发展起来的，政府也已意识到环境问题。原计划在盘阳河上游、中游各建一处污水处理设施，通过管道与县城污水处理厂相连，盘阳河内不能直排污水，污水处理厂原设计日均能处理生活污水1000吨。

　　巴马被定位于“长寿养生国际旅游区”后，方案需要重新修改，污水处理能力要提高到2000吨。目前，相关部门正在征地，预计2014年开工建设。垃圾转运站、自来水厂明年都要陆续开工建设。

　　11月18日，森下敬一应邀到广东某县考察，受到“超出自己的想象”的贵宾级礼遇。据悉，去年当地政府确定发展长寿经济的思路，并于今年初成立了“长寿办”，还准备申报“世界长寿之乡”。

　　正是在该县举办的长寿学术研讨会上，森下将巴马定性为失败案例。王智墨转述森下发言大意，称巴马“饥饿太久了”。
