　　饱受雾霾天气困扰的中东部地区，终于盼来了期待已久的冷空气。中央气象台预计，明天下午开始，冷空气将自北向南推进，逐步瓦解中东部雾霾“困局”。不过在冷空气前锋抵达之前，雾霾还将继续发展，部分地区还会更加严重，中央气象台今天下午将大雾黄色预警提升为橙色，预计江苏、安徽、河北、四川局地将有能见度不足200米的强浓雾。

　　今天白天，雾霾仍笼罩在中东部地区，华北、黄淮、西南地区东部、江南大部以及华南部分地区一同遭遇“霾伏”，河北中南部、河南北部、山东南部、安徽中北部、江苏西南部等部分地区能见度不足1000米。

　　预计今天夜间到明天上午，河北中东部、北京东部、天津、江苏、上海、安徽中东部、浙江北部、江西东北部、四川盆地等地有大雾，部分地区能见度不足500米，局地将出现强浓雾，能见度将低于200米。

　　霾天气依旧对华北、华东青睐有加，霾橙色预警继续发布。预计今天夜间到明天白天，江苏、浙江中北部、安徽中东部、山东西部和南部、河南东部、河北中南部、北京中南部、天津等地空气污染气象条件达4～5级，局地可达6级，不利于空气中污染物扩散，上述大部地区有中度霾，其中，江苏中西部、浙江北部、安徽东部、河北中南部、北京南部、天津等地的部分地区有重度霾。明天下午开始，受冷空气影响，华北及华东等地持续多日的雾霾天气将自北向南减弱消散。

　　受雾霾天气影响，上海、江苏、浙江、河北等地均发生较为严重的交通事故。专家提醒，能见度低时，一定要注意控制车速，尤其遇到强浓雾时，最好停止驾驶，将车紧靠路边停放；出车前要全面检查车辆的灯光装置，包括雾灯、尾灯、示宽灯和近光灯，行车时要根据能见度情况开启；不走危险路段，勤按喇叭提示，如遇事故，也尽量将车停靠在不影响交通的地方，人员要迅速撤离到安全地带。
