为什么中国联通和中国电信还没有4G

4G牌照的发放给中国移动弥补3G弱势的机会——移动在试验网和试商用城市的建设上都明显比中国联通和中国电信要快。事实上，中国移动今年总共投资417亿元，建设约有20万个TD-LTE基站，并计划将TD-LTE的覆盖城市扩展到300个以上。所以，中国移动已率先在多地开卖4G手机，推出4G套餐。
