　　中新社清远12月6日电 (程景伟 李凌 丘海涛) 在广东清远连州市6日举行的“连州菜心”慈善拍卖活动中，一棵“菜心王”拍出31万元人民币天价，当场被世界纪录协会认证为“世界上价格最高的蔬菜”。

　　这是连州第三次举办菜心慈善拍卖，2011年一棵菜心拍出10万元，2012年拍出21万元，今年再创新高。此次拍卖共筹得善款74.1万元，拍卖所得将用于当地教育事业。

　　因粤北古城连州秋冬季节昼夜温差大等特点，当地所产菜心清甜细嫩、爽口汁多，走俏粤港澳地区。

　　连州菜心也因此成为菜农种菜的首选，种植面积从2011年的3万亩，扩大到今年的10万亩，产量预计将达15万吨以上，产值达15亿元，小菜心造就了大经济。当地规划到2015年种植面积达12万亩，产量达18万吨。

　　为了保证质量、确保“连州菜心”金字招牌，连州官方要求菜心生产基地环境符合无公害、绿色食品生产要求，引用优质山泉水灌溉，全程施用有机农家肥料，严格使用生物农药防治病虫害。

　　2013连州菜心节暨连州·阳山名优特农产品展销当天在连州市举行，签署菜心等农业招商项目10个，总投资额达8.32亿元。
