　　法制网重庆12月6日电 记者徐伟 《法制日报》记者今天从重庆市长寿区人民法院独家获悉，备受社会关注的“10岁女孩25楼抛童”案该院已于12月4日依法受理。长寿法院有关负责人披露，该案为原告原原(乳名，男，2012年5月生)及其父母诉被告李某(女，2002年12月生)、李某的父母、成都市东景物业管理有限公司健康权纠纷。

　　原告诉称，2013年11月25日下午，被告李某在电梯中摔打原原，后又在自家阳台(25楼)将原原甩到楼下，致使原原受伤，伤势严重。目前原原在重庆儿童医院救治。由于被告李某无端使用暴力侵犯原原的生命健康权，监护人未尽监护职责，物管公司对电梯的运行未尽安全保障义务，原告请求判令李某及其父母赔偿原告医疗费、住院生活补助费、护理费、交通费、营养费等30万元(暂定)，残疾赔偿金、护理费、续医费、精神抚慰金等待鉴定后确定相应数额；成都市东景物业管理有限公司对上述赔偿款承担相应的赔偿责任。
