　　新华网郑州12月6日电 (记者 桂娟)记者从河南省宝丰县政府获悉，观音堂林站赵沟村“12·5”液氯钢瓶泄漏事件责任人――一座废弃造纸厂的主要负责人王丰柱已被当地公安部门控制。

　　目前，宝丰县政府已成立了调查组，全面调查氯气泄漏事件真相，查清事实，依法对相关人员进行责任追究。同时，对全县所有储存、使用液氯单位进行全面排查，严防此类事件再次发生。

　　12月5日10时左右，宝丰县观音堂林站接到群众报告称，赵沟村有4名群众出现恶心、呕吐等不适症状，现场有不明异味气体。截至6日上午9时，共有29名群众因胸闷、恶心、呕吐等不适症状入院观察，其中症状消失自行离院17人，目前留院观察12人。

　　观音堂林站对不明气体来源进行仔细排查后发现，赵沟村北一废弃造纸厂内一个遗留液氯钢瓶出现泄漏，立即对现场实施了警戒，对周边群众进行了紧急疏散。

　　5日中午，县安监局组织卫生、环保、矿山救护队等部门相关人员赶到现场，将出现不适反应的群众转移至林站卫生院、县人民医院等进行治疗观察。

　　经专家检查测定，一只钢瓶有少量泄漏现象，瓶内储存液氯约45公斤，另外两只钢瓶中，一只内储存有液氯约900公斤，一只内储存液氯约150公斤，瓶体完好，无泄漏现象。

　　在专家的现场指导下，泄露钢瓶得到妥善处置，由县消防大队24小时现场盯守，另外两只钢瓶已转移至安全地带。

　　经查，该废弃造纸厂属王丰柱等人所有，已于2005年左右关闭，但关闭后未对生产使用的液氯进行处理。
