Microsoft on Wednesday an official blog of United States national security agency compared the hacker elite, and said the company will be different to encrypt customer information between data centers.

Long before Microsoft's stance, Google, Facebook, and Yahoo has said it will have on their network to encrypt messages in response to the NSA listening behavior. According to a former National Security Council official said the NSA, sometimes taken from on single user information.

Microsoft general counsel Brad Smith said the NSA have online privacy threats to the public safety, government surveillance activity has constituted a "high persistent threats (APT)".

"High threat" in the network security field has a special meaning of a Word, usually refers to the Organization (especially the Government) uses the advanced attacks on specific targets for long-term sustainability of network attacks.

Earlier reports said Microsoft in its software for United States intelligence agencies have left the back door in order to help the latter locking the enemy to protect government computers. A Microsoft spokeswoman said at the time that cooperation does exist.

微软在周三的一篇官方博客中将美国国家安全局比作黑客精英，并表示公司将在不同的数据中心之间对客户的信息进行加密。

早在微软表态之前，谷歌、Facebook和雅虎已经表示将会对自家的网络信息进行加密以应对NSA的监听行为。据一位前国家安全局官员称，国安局有时会从光纤上抽取用户的信息。

微软的首席法律顾问Brad Smith表示，NSA的行为已经威胁到公众的网络隐私安全，政府的监听行为已经构成“高持续性威胁（APT）”。

“高持续性威胁”一词在网络安全领域有着特殊的含义，通常是指组织(特别是政府)使用先进的攻击手段对特定目标进行长期持续性网络攻击。

此前有报道称微软在其软件中为美国情报部门留有后门，以帮助后者锁定敌方，保护政府电脑。微软发言人当时表示这种合作确实存在。
