　　中新网重庆12月5日电 (记者 连肖) 据重庆市人民政府安全生产委员会通报，重庆丰都县“10·12长江二桥垮塌事故”原因现已查明，相关责任人将受到相应的行政、刑事处罚。

　　据通报，10月12日，在建的重庆丰都长江二桥4号桥墩围堰突然失稳，整体断裂向上游倾覆，造成在围堰中作业的10名工人和岸边1名群众遇难，2人受伤。

　　经调查，“10·12事故”的具体原因为：围堰结构与构造不合理，围堰结构应力超限、稳定性安全储备不足，在水压力作用下，钢围堰在隔舱混凝土顶部位置突发断裂。此外，分部分项工程的程序规定存在严重缺陷，监理环节严重违反工程建设的有关规定也是造成事故的重要原因。

　　该起事故已被国家相关部门挂牌督办，相关责任人将根据事故调查报告受到相应的行政、刑事处罚。

　　重庆市安监局称，近年来，高处坠落和危险性较大的分部分项工程引起的事故，构成了建设施工事故的主体。

　　统计显示，从2008年至2012年，重庆高处坠落事故占建设施工事故的一半以上，2008年以来的27起较大事故中，涉及危险性较大的分部分项工程共有22起，占八成以上。
