　　新华网巴马科12月4日电(记者王子正) 中国首批赴马里维和部队先遣队135名官兵4日晚抵达马里首都巴马科，他们将在马里执行为期8个月的维和任务。

　　中国驻马里大使曹忠明、马里国防部秘书长雅各巴·西迪贝以及联合国马里多层面综合稳定团(联马团)指挥官让·博斯科·卡祖拉出席了在巴马科国际机场举行的欢迎仪式。

　　据了解，中国首批赴马里维和部队先遣队包括工兵、警卫分队各35人，医疗分队65人，共计135人，他们将在巴马科稍作停留后分批乘坐联合国航班转至任务区。后续分队现已做好出发准备，将根据联合国安排适时部署。

　　曹忠明在欢迎仪式上对先遣队官兵说：“你们是中国首批驻马里维和部队，肩负崇高使命和艰巨任务。希望你们在联马团总部和维和大队领导下，发扬中国军队的优良作风和过硬素质，克服各种困难和挑战，与其他国家派出的维和部队密切协作，圆满完成维护马里安全与稳定、和平与发展的使命，为促进中马友谊作出重要贡献。”

　　雅各巴·西迪贝说：“中国维和部队的到来印证了马中友好关系。我们热情欢迎你们，并感谢你们为和平作出的贡献。”

　　据悉，这是中国首次派出具备安全警卫能力的安全部队参与联合国维和行动。部队抵达马里后，将部署在加奥市，隶属联合国马里特派团东部战区，主要担负任务区内道路桥梁、机场跑道和营房设施抢修，战区司令部营区安全保卫，伤病员救治后送及卫生防疫等任务。

　　2013年4月25日，联合国安理会通过决议，决定设立联合国马里多层面综合稳定团。应联合国请求，中国决定派遣包括工兵、医疗和警卫3支分队的维和部队共395名官兵前往任务区执行维和任务。
