　　京华时报讯(记者廖丰) 昨天，由中国北车大连机辆公司生产的首批5台HXD3C型货运电力机车交付中国铁路总公司，值得一提的是，这批机车是我国首批具有抗雾霾功能的火车头。

　　去年以来，前所未有的雾霾天气给电力机车的正常工作带来不少困扰。因为雾霾空气中含有大量的重金属粒子及粉尘，严重影响电力机车位于车顶部位的高压设备的绝缘性能，进而影响机车的“换端”操作，导致铁路机车的运行受到影响，甚至会导致铁路机车“趴窝”。往年雾霾不严重时，一列电力机车跑到目的地后，工作人员用清扫风带在车顶吹扫就可以将灰尘除干净；但近年日益加重的雾霾天气让大量灰尘等脏物附着在车顶，影响机车的通断电功能，雾霾严重时电力机车每跑三四十公里便需要用清洗剂对机车顶盖高压部件进行清洗。

　　据了解，2013年下半年，大连机辆公司从中国铁路总公司接到50台和谐3C型货运电力机车订单，昨天交付的货运机车是这次订单中的首批机车。
