　　南京市气象台5日下午发布空气污染扩散条件预报，6日该市近地层风速较小，大气层结比较稳定，预计空气污染扩散气象条件为四级，较差，不利于空气污染物的扩散。

　　江苏多个城市已连日持续重度污染，南京市于4日傍晚启动大气污染“红色预警”及红色应急响应，中小学幼儿园5日停课。南京市教育局表示，在污染天气红色预警解除通告后，将发布通知，恢复正常教学秩序。

　　持续雾霾已导致南京禄口机场航班大量延误、江苏省内众多高速封路、长江轮渡停航。

　　除停课外，5日，南京主要重点工业企业采取限排、限产措施；除市政府批准的重点工程外，各类易产生扬尘污染的施工工地停止施工和渣土转运；加大对黄标车和无标车闯禁区行为的处罚。
