　　有记者问，日本防卫大臣小野寺五典11月29日称，中国划设的防空识别区将钓鱼岛划作中国领土，日方对此不予承认，不接受以此为前提的对话磋商。中方对此有何评论？

　　洪磊说，钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿自古以来就是中国的固有领土，中国东海防空识别区覆盖这一区域理所当然，日方无权对此说三道四。日方早在上世纪60年代末划设防空识别区，非法将中国钓鱼岛划入其中，中方对此一贯坚决反对。
