　　网上反映涉及的当事人冯某，2012年9月至今任南充市城管执法局党组成员、纪检组长、监察室主任。经调查，2012年2月，冯某外甥媳妇王某与另外两人合伙在嘉陵区世阳镇韩家村，成立嘉陵区中泓农业专业合作社，王某为法人代表。同年3月，因经营管理上的分歧，另两人退出合作社。同年5月13日，冯某在其外甥及外甥媳妇王某的邀约下，投资6万元并以女儿的名义与王某等二人签署《入伙协议》。2013年3月2日，因经济纠纷和经营管理上的矛盾，3人协商后签署了《退伙协议》。

　　纪委监察部门认定，冯某作为党员领导干部，以他人名义投资农业专业合作社，造成不良社会影响。根据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》第七十七条的规定，11月28日，南充市纪委常委会决定，给予冯某党内警告处分，按程序调离现工作岗位。
