　　新京报讯 (记者廖爱玲) 昨天，一场转基因食品嘉年华在东城区后山艺术空间举行，现场“秀”出从世界各地收集的用转基因大豆、玉米做成的百余种转基因食品。多位权威专家组成的科学家团则为转基因“正名”。　　展品在国内“买不到”

　　在北美常与牛奶一起冲泡的早餐食品玉米脆片，里面的玉米粉是转基因玉米；来自中国台湾的黑豆干，用的也是转基因大豆；美国流行的朱古力蛋白冲剂，也加入了转基因大豆蛋白成分……活动现场，摆出了用转基因食材制作的豆干、甜点、能量棒、玉米脆片、牛羊肉调料、饮料等，这些美食外观与普通传统食品并无差异，口感也没有不同。

　　主办方一负责人介绍，这些转基因食材都不是国内产品，而是“全球各地网友帮助搜罗邮寄，汇集的食品或食材”，由厨师做成小食品让大家品尝。在我国，转基因食品只有木瓜、大豆调和油等少数品种。现场展示的“在国内市场上买不到”。

　　专家家中使用转基因油

　　昨天，包括中国工程院院士陈君石、农大食品科学与营养工程学院院长罗云波、中国农科院生物技术研究所研究员黄大昉、中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员朱桢在内的科学家团，也到场为转基因食品“正名”，意在消除公众对转基因食品的误区。

　　罗云波说，他家里用的就是转基因食用油，因为其少农药残留、少病虫害，反而更安全。

　　陈君石院士强调，目前，没有任何证据显示转基因有问题，国内用了转基因必须明确标识，只要经过安全评价批准上市的转基因食品，与常规食品同样安全。

　　科学家团否认“转基因作物安全没有定论”，称世界卫生组织、联合国粮农组织、欧洲食品安全局转基因生物小组、美国FDA等机构给出的意见都是：目前批准商业化的转基因作物是安全的，可放心食用。
