　　照片中显示，在孟州市政协大院内左右两侧的配楼上，分别立有“明珠房地产”及“孟州国行投资公司”字样。从标志牌的朝向上看，“明珠房地产”面向政协大院门前的道路，而“孟州国行投资公司”的入口则就在政协大院内。

　　河南省工商行政管理局资料显示，孟州市国行投资担保有限责任公司和孟州市明珠房地产开发有限公司都位于孟州市韩愈大街，其中前者的注册营业地址写明“孟州市韩愈大街中段北侧(政协院内)”。

　　事件在网络上引起关注，网友“宇助天晴”说：“担保公司开在政协大院，该有多大的欺骗性呀，不知道还以为政协的呢！”网友“大雄啦”希望有关部门能够彻查这件事情。

　　12月2日，记者电话联系到孟州市委宣传部，相关负责人转述孟州市政协提供的“情况说明”称，网贴所反映情况基本属实。

　　据介绍，“孟州市明珠房地产开发有限公司”前身为“孟县飞跃建筑装饰工程公司”，注册时间为1993年12月，是当时孟州市政协响应“机关单位办经济实体”相关政策的产物。公司法人代表为政协机关工作人员，所以办公地点也设在了政协大院内。2003年，根据国家相关要求，“飞跃”公司改为“明珠”公司并与政协机关脱钩，办公地点搬离政协大院，但公司广告牌留了下来。“明珠公司”搬走后，“孟州市国行投资担保有限责任公司”接着租用了这两栋办公楼至今。孟州市政协在“情况说明”中称，每年所得租金均上缴财政，机关并没有拿这笔钱。

　　孟州市委宣传部介绍，网上曝出这条消息后，当地立即责令孟州市政协调查处理此事。孟州上属的焦作市纪委也要求孟州市政协作出书面说明并下达了整改通知书。目前，涉事公司已搬出政协大院，相关广告、标志牌已被拆除。
