　　中新社北京12月2日电 (王一菲)中国外交部发言人洪磊在2日的例行记者会上表示，包括美国在内的有关国家航空公司体现了配合中方维护东海上空航空秩序和安全的建设性态度，中方敦促日方停止恶意炒作，同中方共同维护东海有关空域的飞行秩序和安全。

　　有记者问，据报道，美国政府建议美国民航向中方提交飞行计划，而日本政府要求日本民航不向中方提交飞行计划。中方对此有何回应？
