　　新华网郑州12月1日电 (记者李亚楠、马意翀)记者从河南永城市相关部门获悉，当地已成立联合调查组调查一名货车车主因不堪忍受路政和运政乱罚款而服农药自杀事件。

　　据媒体报道，11月14日，一名货车司机在永城境内被当地运政和路政执法人员拦下，司机在出示了给运政部门缴纳的3000元年票和给路政部门缴纳的3000元月票后，两部门仍坚持罚款，女车主求情未果，当场服农药自杀，现仍在医院抢救。当地执法人员受访时声称是正常执法，不清楚女车主是否喝药。

　　此事引发网民广泛声讨，矛头直指公路乱收费、乱罚款、乱设卡的“三乱”现象，并呼吁相关部门对当前公路管理体制进行反思、改革。
