新京报讯 （记者卢漫 李禹潼 张玉学）今年7月24日，东城区光明中街的金凤呈祥蛋糕店因液化石油气瓶泄漏、发生爆燃，造成24人受伤，其中2人经抢救无效身亡，过火面积约20平米（本报7月25日曾报道）。
近日，蛋糕店负责人高某及液化石油气瓶提供者王某，被东城区检察院分别以涉嫌重大责任事故罪、危险物品肇事罪被批捕。

气瓶阀口处大量泄漏
今年7月24日早7时许，光明中街的金凤呈祥蛋糕店发生爆燃，救援人员从事故现场搬出两个50千克重的液化石油气钢瓶。
北京市安监局介绍，调查发现，该蛋糕店存在众多的违法违规行为。其中，现场出现的两只钢瓶都是由一个非法气贩非法提供的。事发当日，液化石油气从瓶阀阀口处大量泄漏，达到爆炸极限，遇到店内电气设备打火，产生了爆燃。

蛋糕店旁边的视永明亮眼镜店店员称，在爆炸中受轻伤的女店员身体已痊愈，离职了，相关赔偿已完毕。眼镜店在事故中的损失也已赔偿完毕，具体金额不清楚。
事故中丧生的一名老人的儿子介绍，目前家人情绪基本平稳，相关赔偿金额目前还在商讨中。
