  裴照宇介绍,我国将探月工程作为国家科技发展的重大专项,规划在2020年之前,分三个阶段,分别实现绕月探测、月面软着陆与月面巡视探查、采样返回,也就是大家都已经耳熟能详的“绕、落、回”三大目标。“绕”的工作,从2004年开始,2007年10月发射、2009年撞月的嫦娥一号,圆满完成。2010年嫦娥二号作为探月工程二期首个探测器登场。下月即将发射的嫦娥三号,就将完成首次“落”的任务。此外,还有嫦娥四号,目前它作为嫦娥三号的备份,同时兼顾了改进的功能。“回”的任务,从2011年开始,已进入工程研制阶段。


  要求 安全着陆月面行驶开展探测


  裴照宇表示,嫦娥三号的工程目标包括3个方面:突破月面软着陆、月面巡视勘察、深空测控通信与遥操作、深空探测运载火箭发射等关键技术,提升航天技术水平;研制月面软着陆探测器和巡视探测器,建立地面深空站,获得包括运载火箭、月球探测器、发射场、深空测控站、地面应用等在内的功能模块,具备月面软着陆探测的基本能力;建立月球探测航天工程基本体系,形成重大项目实施的科学有效的工程方法。

  嫦娥三号任务有八大创新点。第一、首次开展我国航天器在地外天体软着陆,涉及的关键技术包括地外天体着陆的全新航天器研制;无人着陆的控制方案;大动态、高精度导航敏感器的研制;7500牛变推力发动机的研制等。


  其二、首次开展我国航天器在地外天体巡视探测。研制自动巡视探测器,是车辆技术、机器人技术和航天器技术三大技术的集合。

  其四、突破多窗口、窄宽度发射和高精度入轨技术。嫦娥一号、二号的发射窗口当天一次,宽度为35分钟。而嫦娥三号连续三天,每天两个窗口,而且每个窗口都很窄。第一天的第一个窗口约4分钟,第二个窗口约1分钟。


  其五、首次研建我国大型深空站,初步建成覆盖行星际的深空测控网。嫦娥三号任务中我国将首次采用三向测量技术;开展着陆器和巡视器两器间月面通讯。


  其六、首次在月面开展多种科学探测。采用月基光学望远镜,利用月球上有利空间位置进行天文观测;在国际上首次利用极紫外相机来对地球等离子体层进行观测;利用测月雷达对巡视路线上的月壳浅层结构厚度等进行剖面式观测;利用X射线谱仪和红外成像光谱仪对月面元素和物质成分进行探测。


  其七、首次在我国航天器上采用同位素热源和两相流体回路技术,以满足探测器在月夜极端温度环境下生存需要。
