　　新华网长沙11月29日电(记者刘良恒、阳健)中国人民银行长沙中心支行近日发布通知，长沙市差别化住房信贷新政11月28日起正式执行，二套房首付款比例最高达到65%。

　　中国人民银行长沙中心支行规定：一是继续支持合理住房信贷需求，对贷款购买首套自住住房的家庭，继续执行最低首付款比例30%的规定；二是首套房在90平方米(含)以下的家庭，在长沙市内六区贷款购买第二套住房继续执行最低首付款比例60%的规定，首套房在90平方米(不含)以上的家庭，在市内六区贷款购买第二套住房最低首付比例提高至65%；三是继续暂停发放居民家庭购买第三套及以上住房贷款。据了解，上述规定适用于商业性个人住房贷款业务。

　　据悉，自10月底开始，一线城市就相继出台升级版楼市调控政策，并逐步向二线城市延伸。
