　　新京报讯 (记者马力)北京首个自住房——豆各庄自住型商品房项目“御景湾”今日10时起将正式接受摇号报名，购房者可进行网上申请，接受申请的时间将不少于15天。

　　昨日傍晚，市住建委网站推出“自住型商品住房政策及项目情况”的专栏，公布自住房的相关政策和即将摇号的项目信息。

　　恒大地产豆各庄自住型商品房项目“御景湾”，成为北京首个将摇号的自住房项目。该项目网站今日上午10点起正式接受网上购房申请，进入网上登记阶段。网址为：http://bj.evergrande.com/，热线电话为：010-89766668。

　　主要为两居和三居

　　公示信息显示，恒大御景湾项目紧邻东五环，位于豆各庄乡黄厂村，东至规划黄厂路，南至焦化厂北路，西至东五环路，北至豆各庄产业用地。

　　御景湾项目总建筑面积约29万平米，其中自住型商品房面积约18万平米，单套是约为80—90平方米的两室、三室户型，总套数约2000套，均价约22000元/平米。

　　报名早晚不影响摇号

　　相关负责人称，摇号报名登记分两个阶段。今天起是第一阶段——网上申请，时间将不少于15天。第二阶段是到售楼处现场提交材料，但因该项目售楼场所尚在建设中，具体时间将另行通知。

　　市住建委提示，这次网上报名不分先后，将来摇号机会均等。申请家庭可分时段登录报名，避免“扎堆”。要认真核对报名资料，确保所填写信息与证件和实际信息一致。

　　网上申请报名分两个步骤：
