　　今后，旅客在12306网站购买火车票时，可选择工行、农行、中行、建行、招行、银联、中铁银通卡和支付宝中任一方式支付票款。其中，选择“支付宝”支付时，只须点击“支付宝”付款，并输入支付宝账户名和支付密码，就可以通过支付宝账户进行支付。

　　通过支付宝成功购买火车票的旅客在办理改签或退票时，未取票的可通过12306网站或到车站窗口办理改签或退票手续；已取票的需到车站窗口办理改签或退票手续，退款将实时返回购票时所使用的支付宝账户，不退现金，同时支付宝会通过95188发送退款确认短信。
