央广网深圳11月28日消息(记者 焦莹) 福布斯中文版昨天发布2013年中国大陆最佳商业城市排行榜，100个城市上榜。深圳由去年的第三上升一位，排名第二，仅次于广州，上海排名第三位。这是福布斯连续第10年推出"中国最佳商业城市排行榜"。十届榜单见证了中国最佳商业城市的起伏，同时也成为企业家和投资者寻找投资目的地的重要参考。
在今年的榜单上，广州强势回归榜首，是与经营成本排名相对降低而又保持货运、客运的绝对优势有直接关联。深圳的排名上升了一位，主要是加强了对高端人才的培养与引进。
上海的排名从第一位降至第三位，主要受客货运能力及私营经济活力排名下滑的影响。
从区域上看，长三角及珠三角两大经济带入选城市排名呈现涨多跌少的格局，扭转了去年的颓势。
福布斯分析认为，东部地区各形成的城市群效应开始显现加强，加上较高程度的市场化和私营经济活力，是其经济"韧性"的重要原因。因为存在较丰富的人力资源、较低的经营成本以及完善的交通运输能力，依然是中部地区不断崛起的基础。
从整体上看，此次入选的14个城市中，有9个排名上升、5个下降。在东北地区的8个入选城市，在这当中有4个排名上升、2个持平、2个下降，整体是差强人意。而西部地区的11个入选城市中，有3个排名上升、3个持平、5个下降，表现是较不如人意，传统的弱势指标也就是消费能力以及创新能力没有得到明显的改善，而经营成本反而有上升趋势。
