People's daily Beijing, November 28, today the "12th (2013) launches Chinese Web site performance assessment results" announced Ministry Web site accessibility assessment of the top five are: State administration of safety supervision, the Ministry of education, Bureau of quality supervision and quarantine, foreign exchange, the Ministry of industry and information technology.

Barrier-free top five provincial government website is: Shanghai, Zhejiang, Hubei, Yunnan and Beijing.

Deputy provincial cities barrier-the top five are: Shenzhen, Xiamen, Qingdao, Dalian, Hangzhou City.

Barrier-top five capital cities are: Hohhot, Xining, yinchuan, Guiyang, Hangzhou.

It is reported that "the 12th (2013) launches Chinese Web site performance assessment results" by China software testing center, jointly organized by the China Information Center, people's daily online, Tencent. China software testing center since 2002, tracked developments in national Government websites, so far, have been held for 12 years.

　　人民网北京11月28日电 今天召开的“第十二届(2013)中国政府网站绩效评估结果发布会”宣布，部委网站无障碍评估前五名是：国家安全监管总局、教育部、质检总局、外汇局、工业和信息化部。

　　省政府网站无障碍前五名是：上海、湖北、云南、北京、浙江。

　　副省级城市无障碍前五名是：深圳市、厦门市、青岛市、大连市、杭州市。

　　省会城市无障碍前五名是：贵阳、呼和浩特、西宁、银川、杭州。

　　据悉，“第十二届(2013)中国政府网站绩效评估结果发布会”由中国软件评测中心、中国残联信息中心、人民网、腾讯联合主办。中国软件评测中心自2002年开始跟踪调查全国政府网站的发展情况，迄今已历12年。
