　　全市机关明年推残疾人就业岗位

　　晚报讯 明年，本市将向全市机关征集一批适合残疾人就业的岗位，面向残疾人员进行定向招录。今天召开的市政协委员年末视察活动中，市残联透露上述消息。

　　通过政府财力支持和残保金全市统筹，城乡残疾人生活状况与社会平均水平差距逐步缩小。市区两级财政投入从2008年前的10个亿增至今年的17个亿，明年将达23个亿。2008-2012年，残疾人家庭人均可支配收入年均增长15.7%，增速高于普通居民家庭4.1个百分点。残疾人家庭人均可支配收入2008年为普通家庭的59.2%，现已达到63.5%。

　　在积极扩大残疾人就业方面，市残联透露，明年将在全市机关征集一批适合残疾人就业的岗位，面向残疾人员进行定向招录，做到统筹推进与突出重点相结合； 专项招录与面上优先相结合； 公开公平与岗位匹配相结合； 单位自主招录与计划安排相结合。同时，建立残疾人分散就业岗位补贴制度、加大中高等院校残疾人毕业生就业扶持力度、提高超比例安排残疾人就业单位奖励和残疾人个体工商户开办补贴标准，并探索残疾人电子商务居家就业模式。

　　社会福利方面，将建立重度残疾人护理津贴和农村残疾人务农补贴政策； 调整重残无业人员生活补助水平和认定标准等。此外，本市还将实施残疾人乘坐公交车辆补贴办法，为残疾人提供乘车优惠和便利。
