　　27日凌晨，沪昆铁路六盘水马场至平坝县高峰段境内铁道旁发生地方输油管道泄露事故。

　　为确保旅客人身安全，成都铁路局已对经过该区段的旅客列车暂作扣停处理，待险情排除后再予以放行，造成部分列车晚点和停运。
