　　经查明，陈某贵、江某群、彭某全、唐某秋、黄某运、王某锋为首的6个走私汽车团伙既相对独立又交叉关联，走私链条跨美国、越南、缅甸、中国香港，及内地广西、广东、云南、辽宁等多个省份，形成“一条龙”走私网络。

　　目前，沈阳、广州和黄埔海关缉私局以涉嫌走私国家禁止进出口货物罪，南宁海关缉私局以涉嫌走私普通货物罪及走私国家禁止进出口货物罪，昆明海关缉私局以涉嫌走私普通货物罪，向当地检察机关移送起诉，随案移送审查起诉犯罪嫌疑人34名。
