　　央广网重庆11月27日消息（记者陈鹏）今天上午，重庆市四届人大常委会第六次会议召开，记者在会上获悉，重庆将修订《重庆市法律援助条例》，农民工讨薪，今后有望能申请法律援助。

　　据悉，修订草案依据法律和有关政策规定，对法律援助范围进行里调整，按照民事（经济困难）、民事（非困难）、刑事（经济困难） 、刑事（通知辩护）等四个方面，对法律援助的范围进行了全面系统的规定。其中，修订草案中新增的，民事案可以申请法律援助情况包括：请求支付劳动报酬和工伤保险待遇的；遭受家庭暴力、虐待、遗弃的；土地成本经营权流转中合法权益受到侵害的；交通事故、医疗纠纷中合法权益受到侵害请求赔偿的；未成年人、老年人、妇女合法权益受到侵害的；市人民政府规定因经济困难可以申请法律援助的其他情形；因见义勇为行为主张民事权益的；农民因使用假冒伪劣生产资料（种子、农药、化肥等）等请求损害赔偿的；农村进城务工人员请求支付劳动报酬和工伤保险待遇的；未成年人合法权益受到侵害且侵权人为其监护人的；残疾人合法权益受到侵害的；市人民政府规定申请法律援助无需审查经济状况的其他情形。

　　同时，修订草案还扩大了经济困难的认定标准，规定因经济困难申请法律援助的，经济困难标准按照城乡居民最低生活保障标准的2倍以内执行。
