“中国优势生态区域”评选授牌兰州“百合之都”_新闻资讯

　　11月25日，中国优势生态区域评选暨“中国百合之都”授牌仪式在京举行，标志着“中国优势生态区域”认证工作正在全国顺利开展。

　　中国优势生态区域，是指具备人无我有，人有我优，保持原生态独特风貌，能代表区域地理标志，特定优质产品或产业可持续生存的自然生态环境，并形成产业集群的特色生态区域。中国优势生态区域分三级表示，一级称谓为“之都”“名城”，二级称谓为“之乡”“名镇”，三级称谓为“示范区”“基地”等。

　　据中国林业生态发展促进会介绍，此次认证工作将严谨、公正、科学地评选出国内名副其实的优势生态区域，保护原产地的生态资源状况，让具有天然优势的区域生态品牌更加强大。

　　参评过程首先由中国林业生态发展促进会认证委员会接收参选材料，并进行初步审查；第二步，由著名生态学家、专家院士、行业主管政府领导组成认证机构专家委员会，并组建专家决策评审团，对参选优势生态区域进行评审，并作出最终决定；第三步，经专家决策评审团审定后，签字确认，由中国林业生态发展促进会下发授名文件，颁发奖牌、奖状及荣誉证书。中国林业生态发展促进会负责对获得认证的区域进行监督检查，并对获荣誉称号的地区每三年进行一次复评，符合条件的颁发新的证书，不符合条件的撤消称号。

　　此次经全面考察和评定，兰州市被授予中国“百合之都”荣誉称号，兰州市人民政府表示，拟通过“百合”这一兰州的名片，积极推进兰州生态文明建设。
