　　李克强表示，当前中罗全面友好合作伙伴关系发展良好。着眼未来，中罗关系要在三个层面取得新发展。一是相互尊重、平等相待，将中罗传统友谊转化为深化务实合作的新动力。二是互利共赢，共同发展。中罗经济互补性强，要发挥中国装备的优势，加强中罗铁路、电力等领域合作。中方愿与罗方加强农畜业等领域合作，进口适销优质产品。三是推动中国－中东欧、中欧关系发展。不久前举行的第十六次中国欧盟领导人会晤发表了《中欧合作2020战略规划》，为中欧合作勾画出新的蓝图。中罗合作是中国－中东欧、中欧合作的重要组成部分，完全可以发挥示范作用。

　　蓬塔表示，罗中建交64年多来，两国关系始终发展良好，双方合作潜力巨大。李克强总理此次对罗马尼亚进行的历史性访问已取得丰硕成果。罗方愿与中方扩大友好交往与互利合作，愿积极考虑采用中方技术建设罗马尼亚高铁。中国扩大同中东欧国家合作对双方和欧中关系都至关重要。罗马尼亚愿成为中国在中东欧地区和欧盟内的真诚合作伙伴，发挥罗中成功合作的示范作用，推动中东欧国家与中国的合作以及欧中关系取得更多成果。
