　　本报讯(杨菊红 记者董碧水) 从2014年起，浙江中小学将不再评选省级“三好学生”。这是记者日前从浙江省教育部门获悉的。

“三好学生”评选表彰始于上世纪50年代初，之后在中国所有大、中、小学校普遍推行，“三好”也成为学生追求的目标和荣誉，成为“好孩子、好学生”的同义词。

　　但近年来，这一评选机制因与学生升学挂钩，增添了不少功利色彩而颇受诟病。浙江省在2008年取消了省级“三好学生”高考加分优惠政策。

　　相关人士认为，省级“三好学生”退出历史舞台，也说明这一荣誉的评价机制存在的缺陷。杭州一中学校长认为，在社会的多元化、个性化时代，对学生的评价机制也需要适应学生的个性化发展。

　　记者了解到，取消中小学省级“三好学生”评选表彰是浙江省教育厅对其自主行使的62项行政管理和服务事项进行调整规范的其中一项。

　　今年10月以来，浙江省教育厅对其自主行使的行政管理和服务事项进行全面调整和规范，其中保留32项，委托9项，下放6项，职能划转4项，取消11项。

　　在取消的11项中，除了省级“三好学生”的评选，还有省高等学校科研成果奖评审、全省高校校园文化品牌评比、师范类专业认证与评估、省中小学课外文体活动工程示范区评定、省级体育特色学校评定、省级艺术特色学校评定、省级高校体育特色项目建设等10项。

　　据了解，此前，浙江省已有多个市取消了市级“三好学生”的评选，代替以“优秀学生”、“优秀班干部”等荣誉。浙江省教育厅相关人士表示，省级“三好学生”评选的取消，并不是所有“三好学生”评选都取消，“基层教育部门是否评选由其自行决定”。
