　　横琴这次推出的两宗地块，地理位置都非常优越，位于横琴新区综合服务区内，离横琴口岸不到1公里，交通便利，毗邻横琴新区的主干道，基础设施较为完善。两地块北靠小横琴山，东邻横琴市民广场，南面为天沐河、西侧为规划绿地。
