　　国际在线消息(记者 朱子荣)：广东省省长朱小丹今天(22日)在广州出席2013广东经济发展国际咨询会记者招待会时表示，广东将利用毗邻港澳、对外开放程度比较高的优势，加快谋划和建设面向港澳开放的自由贸易区，自贸区总体方案成熟之后将尽快向国务院申报。

　　朱小丹表示，广东方面已就自贸区的选址、范围、定位、任务和政策等进行了超过半年的深入调研和系统论证，并与香港、澳门特区政府进行了初步接洽和沟通，广泛征求国家有关部门意见，力求拿出切合广东实际、切实可行的建设方案。

　　朱小丹透露，自由贸易区将承担广东深化改革的任务，包括更充分地简政放权，更大力度地改革行政审批、市场准入、商事登记、海关监管、检验检疫等管理制度，实行统一的市场监管，加快建立法治化、国际化营商环境。
