　　中新网成都11月22日电(安源 夏旭东)22日下午，成都中院对被告人龙辉被控故意杀人罪、抢劫罪暨附带民事赔偿一案公开宣判，一审认定龙辉犯故意杀人罪、抢劫罪，数罪并罚，决定执行死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，并处罚金五千元。同时判决，被告人龙辉赔偿被害人及亲属各项费用共计57501.76元。

　　法院经审理查明，2012年12月11日21时30分许，被告人龙辉在成都东苑小区附近，持刀先后将单某等三名被害人杀伤并劫走被害人吴某所骑电动自行车。龙辉骑车行至三瓦窑街202号附近后，下车持窃取的菜刀对附近烧烤摊旁的被害人赵某(中学学生)连续砍杀后逃离现场。21时55分许，龙辉被接警后处警的三瓦窑派出所巡逻队员挡获。赵某经抢救无效死亡。另查明，经鉴定龙辉在案发时系限制刑事责任能力人。
